Shangri-La

"Shangri-La," by David Regone

5"x7" giclée art print on 230 gsm acid-free, matte archival paper.

Shangri-La is a staple of Austin’s East Side, known for its laid-back dive bar feel, strong drinks, and backyard patio. This hand-drawn illustration captures the character of the space, from its recognizable exterior to the mix of indoor and outdoor hangout areas that define it.

The piece reflects what makes Shangri-La stand out: an unpretentious spot where pool games, conversation, and long nights unfold at their own pace. Drawn by a local Austin artist, the illustration uses clean linework and subtle texture to bring that atmosphere to life.
